We respect your privacy. Streamoji Avatars only processes the data needed to generate and deliver avatar assets that you or your end users explicitly request.

• We collect request metadata (such as IP address, timestamps, and API usage) to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Selfie images and avatar configuration data submitted to the API are used solely for processing your avatars and for maintaining service quality.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your end users before sending their data to Streamoji.

Refund Policy

Purchases of Streamoji credits are final and non-refundable, including unused or partially used credits, except where required by applicable law.
